The setup you have looks great, i never seen tho that cage around the pulley. Also like the idea of an fittings on everything, something i should probably do. When the supercharger was new it came with a 3.7 pulley, that's huge. This one tho is a 2.6, this pulley with the new belt i seen 14 psi and left off. I need a bigger meth nozzle, i have a m10 now. I ordered from alky control a m-15, that should help what i need. Not sure tho how much the stock bottom end will take tho.

In a stock motor the pistons are the first thing that concern me, reality is that at 15psi detonation can trash any part of it. Superchargers are inherently much harder on the crank then a turbo, I also feel the exhaust back pressure found in most street turbo setups helps the rotating assembly a tad by slowing it down some at TDC. Just my dumbass opinion though.

I appreciate all the help and feed back. My goal is just to keep this 6.0 alive until I can build one. I'm glad my afr's been pretty good and the meth seems to help a ton. I may back the pulley size back to a 2.8 so I'm not constantly steeping into it deep.

Was time for new tires, buying used ones all the time is fine but starts to get old. The last set after a yesr snd s half started cracking and looking real greyish dry. Calling around for 18s was nuts, 1650 was the cheapest and that was for generals. So i picked these up fairly cheap, 200.00 more than those for a package. Load range e 10 ply cooper discoverer stt pro on 20x10 gear big blocks. At least the big blocks have a 2 year finish warranty. I didn't want to do it at all but had to do something.

They look nice.

Did you replace your rear door at some point?

Thank You, my factory rear doors had brown pinch welds. I found 2 at a local junkyard and replaced both rear doors. My brothers body shop will repaint the whole truck when they do rockers, cab corners and other repairs. It will be like new again then.

Yes, i have to figure out how to do pictures. I hear you. Ive already done 4.88's and a 2800 rpm converter. Going to do a cam and lifters at the same time as the blower. Then try to get 8 to 9 psi see how that feels and go from there. I can see me doing meth and 8 rib overdrive pulleys but not till I build the trans.
