Use a water hose and just push the air bubble out. Mine did that as well, I think you were cavitating the pump when you were seeing 165, that's freakin hot. What was ambient temp?

98 or 100 ambient its been pretty hot here. Got the pump working and my temps aren't much better. I'm still seeing 120-140 in traffic. After alot of research it seems a bigger resivior will help but other than that my temps are normal and don't get much cooler. I need to get e85 going but need in tank pump.

120-140 isn't bad in traffic. I have a big tank and upgraded pump but still see 20+ over ambient when it's ridiculously hot out and in traffic. I like that heat exchanger looks good.

what kind of temps do you see when your beating on it? Do they sky rocket on a WOT pull?

20 over ambient is target temp in traffic, I will see mid 130's if I beat on it at 90 plus ambient so I try to be mindful of it when it's hot out. If your worried about it I'd look to to systems that use your AC compressor to cool your heat exchanger off, I have a friend with one and he swears it stays at ambient in traffic and beating on it. I've thought about it but don't feel the need to there with my rigg.

Highest I've seen with the big tank, upgraded pump and all AN lines is in the 140s or touching 150 for a second or so. That's WOT from 1st-4th. Before the upgrades 160s weren't unusual when beating it during summer. Unfortunately from what I've researched the only way to get the IAT down lower would be to replace to intercooler inside the blower manifold. However, there's really no space to do that.

I've seen a couple of systems like that and they look great. Just to much work for something that I don't feel is necessary either.

i spoke with someone at superchargers online a few months ago and they said they were working on a larger intercooler for the tvs 1900 and 2300. A spacer will make room

I think I remember you saying that somewhere else before. I'd totally be down to get one even if it's not worth much power colder air makes me feel better.

Trick turbo they would be down to make one if someone would be willing to volunteer the stocker for measurements. Looks like he makes one for the lightning guys. Maybe we can get a group buy price?? trick?
