Worked on the wiring for probably 20 minutes last night and then felt shitty and quit. Now my temp is 101°. lame

nice. the motor swap really isnt bad, this interior swap is a pain in the *** though.

glad to see you;ll be rocking a truck again

are you gonna boost it? Seems like the smaller displacement gives you a few more turbo HU choices.

How long do you think the motor swap will take? I have an older CK1500 from texas that I would like to up grade from the 4.3

I have been rocking a truck, just a smaller one. lol

I'd like to put a Procharger on it next year if I have money.

You could put a 5.3 in one of these in 2-3 days if you had a harness ahead of time. We've put em in and had them ready to wire in 1.5 days.

id like to see it procharged with 10psi

Quick and modified my motor mounts earlier today. No more rubber.

I didnt know when I bought them that they were narrower than the stock truck mounts, so I'll have to modify my dirty dingo mounts, but I'll make it work.

Just didnt wanna reuse the busted *** rubber mounts. I saw the Schoenfeld test truck had these solid frame pads on it so I bought a set. Should look really nice once everything is painted.
