Love seeing old builds getting revived. What model transmission came in the stick shift blazers? What are you doing about the trans with the LS swap?

NV3500. Keeping the trans, using a 4.8 flywheel, 4.8 pilot, 4.8 clutch and pressure plate (upgraded, we’ll see about that) 4.3 nv3500 throwout.

So I repainted the firewall.

Had some things bead blasted

Here's where I'm at today.

So the steering shaft clears.

Notched the AC box.

The aluminum block 5.3 raised me up about an inch

At the time of the picture it did, but I’ve added all of them now and it didn’t change much if any.
