Got my filter situated. The 5.5" is a freaking cave next to a 4". I wonder if this filter isnt a restriction, I will find out on the dyno eventually, but for now I feel better having an air filter

Also ordered some 2" DJM shackles.

Went to metal scrap yard and had the truck weighed with me in it and a full tank and its right at 5050lb. A good 500lb heavier than what I wanted, but a lot of that is the 80e and 14b. That also means im making 500+ to the ground with low boost and low timing.
Also discovered my front diff actuator is broken. Tcase engages the front shaft fine but the axle doesnt engage.

It one of those $50 blankets off ebay...its a little small but seems to work well. I cant justify spending 3 times as much when I can have 95% of the performance in this guy.
I dont plan on ever letting the tank go below half full. I really think that contributed to my issues on my 410; fuel starvation when the tank was near empty. I distinctly remember going WOT and it misfiring because of no fuel.
I dont really care about weight on the rear axle, its the best place to have it and I dont seem to have a problem getting good traction. Hell the cover I have weighs 25lbs by itself

If this is a solid concern why not put a cell in the truck? I know you are trying to keep it on very stock apearing but with the money and time you have invested in getting a fast truck I would want every bit of insurance possible. A cell is going to give you that. I would think you could find a cell that is still fairly large and fit in the stock location. Then you still have all the sleeper and all of the safety of a sumped fuel tank. Just a thought.

A fix for the fuel starvation would be to extend the pickup of your second fuel pump, or both, toward the rear of the tank. You could use any semi rigid tubing curved to the rear. I don't know how your pumps look on the inlet side to attach, but I'm sure you could figure something out. I have my second pump fed from the bottom rear of the tank and have never had an issue even a little under 1/4 tank and hard 4wd launches.
