Considering this is an $80 flux mig I got from harbor freight im doing pretty well. Works fine on the 16ga steel used for exhaust....wouldnt do much bigger than that though, but im not exactly welding the frame together.

Finished my exhaust and cold side pipe today...

Kinda tired of magnaflows and this is the biggest non-diesel muffler I could find, flo-pro 8992

Also installed the new shocks

For the cold side, I had to turn the high-beam light bulb 90 degress so it was out of the way, nothing a little dremel work couldnt handle

All done

I think im going to have to sell my dougs cut out, which never leak, for a regular type of one so I can fit a cut out. Dammit.

Good work man. Send me a PM about you welder, and what you have welded with it if you have time please.

Nope, no maf. I maxed out the maf when I had my blower on my 5.3 and have been using SD ever since.

In case its not obvious, the tips on the rear are not connected to anything, it just for the look. The truck is going to low enough where you cant see under it unless you get down on your knees. The hitch deal is something the previous owner made up...I dont plan on towing anything so im not worried about it.
