It gets fun!!
I now have 4 gauges over head.. It took me forever to get all my wiring sorted out.. Then wire up the Wideband..

I could take all the wires out of the truck and it would prob loose 100#

Just got the fresh Walbro 255 put in today... Didn't take very long to do and should take care of any deficiencies with the stock pump... Holds a little more consistant pressure too.

Any plans of running an inline too? I can't remember what you said on the phone? That 255 should be plenty for anything you push at that tired 5.3.

After I see where I'm at after its all said and done I might want to put one inline or another in-tank, probably in-tank rather than in-line. That won't be until another motor finds its way in there though.

Default more parts

The big brown truck pulled up again today and dropped off the vac/boost bypass valve that's necessary to install when running boost on a vacuum modualated transmission. I'm glad FLT told me about it... I'd have busted a trans if they hadn't. Seems like it would be one of those little overlooked parts.

Also, Kyle sent me some promising pics via txt message... hopefully he will post some here... I can't get them to upload from this "wonderful" blackberry

Well, so far everything has showed up with the exception of my WBO2 which should be here today and my triple pillar pod. My injectors got here yesterday so I just need to round up some spacers and bolts for that little swap. My pyrometer guage got here as well. As it sits, I have the pod for the guage I'm missing and I have the 3 guages for the pod I'm missing lol... That's about my luck.

As far as the coatings, I've been quoted no less than 150 to coat JUST THE LOG MANIFOLD.... So what I believe what I'm going to do is prep everything really well and use VHT's header coating... I've had good results with their stuff in the past so I figure ill try them out again. I also picked up some ceramic woven spark plug wire sleeves to go on the turbo side so they don't end up burnt.

By next weekend, I'd like to have my guages in and waiting on the kit as well as my log and stock manifold coated and ready, so it will be an uninstall-reinstall then tune deal and I can take my time on it a little more.

Kyle should be in today to post up some stuff from his end...

Woo hoo.... That looks purdy. I'm liking that I got the updated hot parts. Does the crossover brace to the downpipe or am I looking at that wrong?
