Try concrete overpasses, those have heavy rake finishes on them and should hook pretty dang good.

Hah I'm with ya on that, minimum abuse needed to win the race. But if I can't keep up with it unlocked...we'll see. Its what the fast guys do This converter feels miles ahead of the circle d though. I'm ruining cars now on less boost now whereas before with 2-3 more psi it would take a while to pull away.

That's what I told him. My converter "won't" lock for whatever reason and it's really the last thing on my to-do list. I really don't think I'll bother figuring it out. If I want more power I'll just add more boost. The only inconvenience of the converter not locking is the drop in mpg's. My tranny cooler seems to keep up with it well.
