Don't do Livernois cams....... they are tiny and pathetic ( like basically a stock 6.2 GM LS has roughly the same specs) and they are ridiculously overpriced. I actually physically measured a set of them I had with a degree wheel and a dial indicator and then called Livernois out as they would not release even basic torque or clearance specs to me on the heads/cams setup I bought from them. I subsequently just sold the whole works and forgot about it.

The F250 and up 6.2 does supposedly have a smaller intake lobe than the F150 cams but I would just put a headers and blower on it and be done with it. I am going to the JDM 700 HP Whipple setup on my FX4.

You will need billet oil pump gears with a blower... otherwise they have a habit of shattering driving a supercharger. It's a gerator pump like the LS's have in them..... is what it is.

These engines have a crappy aftermarket based on..... well it's a Ford for one lol, and only ever being used in a truck is another. I get sick of the Ford dedicated truck sites.... tuning and internal engine mods are the devil to those clowns!

Thanks for the heads up. The truck as only been on the road a couple weeks since cutting it down I still haven't made my mind up on what the truck is goin to get . Hopefully next week I can go to the local track on test and tune night and see what it will do in a 1/8th mile with mpt race tune and cold air and exhaust just to give me an idea. It's hard for me to tell on the street because I'm use to playing with my diesel truck and they feel nothing alike.
And I agree about the aftermarket base you can't get much of anything unless it's simple bolt on and that only gets a person so far. The whipple set up will be Awesome can't wait to see how it turns out.

Since it's a Super duty you should grab a set of 4.30 gears for the rear. Would make a nice difference over the 3.73s. The ones I drove with 4.30 always jumped harder and pulled better than the 3.73 geared trucks.

My problem with the F150's is wheel hop. Both of my trucks do it pretty bad. The F250 suspension should be a bit better that way hopefully!
