Got the O-rings today...finally. I shouldn't complain because they were comp'ed by Wilwood and Tarrant's pretty good to deal with but they took a week to get here and my truck's been sitting on blocks in my driveway(blocking my neighbors) for basically a week!
I have work tonight but tomorrow morning I should have it back on the ground with some new 02's and brakes that work. Hopefully in time to go to the courthouse to deal with the motorcycle ticket I got couple months ago...This might hurt!

I've about had it with these front brakes!
In the last day and a half I've taken them off, rebuilt and put back on the car 4 times and the drivers side one is still sticking!
I don't think it was the O-rings because it does the same thing, maybe not as hard but it's still sticking. I have this sneeky feeling that the piston tolerance has changed and they get stuck in the cylinder or something...
Installed the brakes and ran them on compressed air and once the air is pulled out they still stick, something not right but I'm about done with them. Might throw the stockers back on here shortly. We'll see.
Got the bad plug/backfiring issue sorted, so she's back on the road with one sticking rotor.

one problem solved one to go. I'll tell you something that helped me when faced with adversity, "Remember, it's only a car" (truck).

Well, Big thank you to Joseph (1FastBrick) for coming over and helping me sort out a few things!
Hope I fed you enough!!

Had a rubbing issue on my rear brakes that I thought was the e-brakes but turned out to be something a little different/potentially dangerous!
We took the rear tires off and Joseph started doing his thing and he found the problem quite quickly which surprised me, turns out the dust shield (which I had previously shaved down and bent back a little so it wouldn't touch the rotors) was rubbing against the back of the Hat along the bolts! It only rubbed when I was turning, so turning right would rub the drivers side rear and turning left would rub the passenger rear, and the dust shield had started to rub a wear mark on the top of the bolts. So here's a few pictures to help explain it better...

This inner lip that I have my finger on is what is inline with the back of the rotor hat where the hat is bolted to the rotor...

Without the camera flash you can see the shiny edge to it that was caused by the grinding effect when touching the bolts...

Here is the back of the Hat where the Dust shield was grinding on top of the bolts, you can see a slight wear mark (sorry for the crappy pics) on top of the bolts...

And on one bolt it had cut the safety wire off as well, (again hard to see)...

So I took my cutting wheel to the lip of each dust shield and took about 1/8th of an inch off of it...

And then took a grinder and as well as a die grinder to the edges to smooth-en them out and get all the burrs and shavings cleaned up...

Then I put the brakes back on followed by the wheels and we took it for a test ride and low and behold...NO MORE GRINDING!!

So that was pretty cool!!

Next up he found me a couple hot wires and a few key on wires under my dash so that I can run power to my Wideband, cut-outs, and fuel pressure gauge up so I should get those in either today or tomorrow. I'm gonna call Wilwood today to see if they can't help me solve the issue with this one brake caliper. I'd like to drive up to their shop (they're only an hour and a half away) and have them take a look at it and hopefully they can fix it.
Once I get the cutouts wired in I'll do a vid of what the truck sounds like with them closed and with them opened...still need an resonator or another muffler regardless.
