Don't get your hopes up, you realize what this engine is and what it was built for right!?! I've made about 9xx hp at the crank with this motor before but the compression is somewhere around 8.8:1. Until I throw boost at this motor it's not gonna be doing anything special!
I'm guessing mid 3xx's at the wheels until I start throwing some boost on it, then it'll be a different story.

Looking good, but i have a couple of questions

Are you going to use the MAF, i noticed you had it hooked up. Also are you going to run open or closed loop on your tune?

Also where is your vent line from the pasenger side valve cover run? Where did you run your PCV line.

The reason i ask is because if you are going to run a MAF in closed loop and you have that vent line from the passenger side valve cover open to atmosphere then your trims will go nuts. That vent line needs to be run to a spot before the TB.

The MAF is hooked up and I'm running closed loop for now. I have the PCV system run to those two breathers, one's coming from the LS6 valley cover and the second one is coming from a vent in the drivers side valve cover. I don't have any vents on the passenger valve covers.
So far things seem to be ok but I'm about to embark on my first real tuning endeavor. First thing I'm gonna start playing with is the gps at idle while in gear. I understand what your talking about, just kinda learning as I go as far as the trims go. Eventually I will have to address it as you state but I'm not there just yet.

I won't be able to do that for a while, need to learn how to tune my vehicle.
