Aight soo...need answers to some more dumb questions!! Get used to this!!

For example...
This is the supply and return line for the oil to the Oil cooler in the Radiator...

Where does the block on the left connect too? I know where the two threaded connectors go (back of the radiator left hand side) but don't know where I'm running the lines.

Found this clip with the tranny linkage wiring loom...

No other connectors that I can see in the area unless there's one hidden. Where's it go?

Also can't bolt up the starter because I can't find the clip that goes to the crank sensor, I thought it was this one but it's not...

I'll keep looking, it's gonna be around somewhere!

I used the same one that was already on there...

Is that the right one? I also noticed that the threads in the bolt hole are...stripped. WHO DID IT!!!
I'm gonna need a new oil pan...if it starts to leak I'm gonna first try to retap the hole since it is only aluminum and if that doesn't work gonna epoxy the MF'er until it's time to switch out the oil pan.

So I had a good and busy evening!!! I got tired of my neighbors asking me what happened to my face cuz my nose is all scuff'ed up so I decided to stay in and play on the truck!

All in all I got alot more accomplished than I thought I would!!
So I found what I was looking for, thanks again guys!

Pulled it off and re'used the gasket, hope it's the right one...

And slapped it between the oil cooler block and the engine and bolted it back down. Like I mentioned, I also noticed that the threads in the bolt hole are...stripped.I know I didn't strip them today but I might of done it in march the last time I pulled that thing off. If it starts to leak when the truck gets up and running I'll try and tap out some new threads and if not I'll epoxy the damn thing until it's time for a new oil pan.

Then I connected the oil lines to the HD Radiator...I also have an oil cooler in front of the radiator but I've been told it's kinda overkill for the time being so I'll just block it and cap it off until I need it.

Moving on...I finally found the damn crank sensor clip!!! Woohooo!!
Was hiding on the wiring harness that wraps around the front of the oil pan! (Thanks Henry) So with that headache out of the way in went the Starter!!

Followed by the A/C compressor...

And then the Water pump and alternator bracket/power steering pump...

I kinda had to improvise when it came to using what bolts with what accessory but the good thing is they are all common threads and size. Only difference is the length of all of them so I mixed and matched to ensure that I got the long ones into the right spots. I am still missing 2 water pump bolts so I didn't torque down the water pump yet and also missing 2 alternator bracket bolts.
Joseph is going to a swap meet and then go junk yard diving on Sunday and hopefully I can go with and grab a few parts that I'm missing as well as those bolts!

I've got enough done now that I was able to start a list of what all needs to be done so that I can finish this up. It used to be such a big list that I didn't even bother but now it's manageable enough that I started writing one.
Biggest thing right now is the intake. Unfortunately, due to my future power needs I have to stick with my current injectors even though they are too wide for the fuel rail bracket set-up. Gonna try and call Edelbrock and see if they can't help me figure something out. I got all the wiring for it ready though!!

I also have an LS6 valley cover but it's sitting at my other house 45 minutes away so maybe this weekend I'll go up and get it.

Don't think you guys are getting away that easily though!! I still have a few questions I need some help with...

Along with the crank sensor clip that came with the wiring harness that comes around the oil pan came another clip that I don't know where it goes. There are two ground wires for the starter...haven't figured out which one goes where yet but I'm sure once I look at it I'll figure it out, but not sure where the clip goes...

Any suggestions?
