Thanks Randy! I think I'll have more fun with this as well!!
So.... Got me some new jack stands yesterday and didn't wait very long to try them out! Pulled the wheels off and stacked them in the bed...I swear I'm taking more stuff off this truck than I'm actually putting in!

Took all the stock disk brakes off the truck without spilling too much of that nasty
on my epoxy'd floor. Hard to believe that the brake fluid will eat through that in no time flat!!
I definitely learned my lesson from last time!! I did make a bonehead move when I tried to pull the stock rotors off the rears they wouldn't come off!!
I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out WTF was going on and then I gave up and called a buddy and he kindly told me to take the parking brake off!

Oh well, won't be the last stupid thing I do that's for sure!!
As for the assembling the rear, it's pretty simple except I don't have a torque wrench yet so I had to stop at attaching the hat to the rotors, I couldn't tighten them up to spec so I just left them there until I go to sears in a few hours and get the proper tools.

Added some steel braided lines which I don't think will improve performance much will it?? In any case it looks a little better.

As far as the front's were concerned I had a similiar problem with the driver's side rotor as it wouldn't come off...however a BFH solved that problem. I came across a hic-up when it came to the bracket clips for the brake lines.
There are two brackets that keep the line from being pinched in the suspension...

However I couldn't figure out how to get them off without either cutting or damaging the hose. I don't have a vice to hold it while I try and spread it open nor to I have a torch to try and heat it to soften it. So I'm just gonna improvise and see if I can't find anything at home depot that will do the trick. I'm thinking of those stainless steel hoops that you use to hang stuff from ceiling from. We'll see.
Anyone else ever come across this problem and if so what did they do?
Anyways, I got the front's on for the time being...when I get the line secured I'll throw the tire back on and take a picture but for now this is what I got.

Looks great... good progress all by yourself. I like the older style of calipers that have the WILWOOD all engraved out, instead of the new style which is just the outside laser etched - also the new rotors are completely treated with anti rust and they are black (they black wears off the rotor FACE, but not the holes or no contact areas leaving them black)

I have tarrants number too, also if you need help this weekend, hit me up.

Hey Big D, did Wilwood use the stock brackets for the brake lines or did they fabricate their own? I looked on their site (half-heartedly) and didn't see any brackets that they sell as a replacement. I'll probably just hit home depot and see if I can't figure something out.

I had the same issue with the bracket when I installed my Goodridge lines. I did what you were thinking about doing. I put the brackets in a vise, heated them up with a torch, spread them apart enough to get them over the new lines and then reclamped them back down. Of course doing this destroys the old line. I believe most folks just use an L-bracket along with zip ties.
Great looking set-up by the way!

Thanks for the compliment too...long way to go still but I'm very interested in seeing how this truck will stop with the hydro boost and big brake kit!

Don't get my hopes up!!
