I don't think anything good could come from a web cam, a garage, and beer!

Thanks for the well wishes!

Taking a break tonight. I am slightly ahead of schedule since my leave period doesn't officially start until after Thurs. Had to box up my old charger and ship her out. I wasn't happy with the box I had to send it in so I decided to build a wooden frame base and wrapping the box around that. The blower got wrapped in a heavy plastic bag and ended up being padded on all four sides with extra layers of cardboard box thoughout. Then I used 2 cans of spray foam to fill in all the gaps. Nothing will be moving around in that box, ****** weighed 85lbs when I was done! LOL.

Now I'm off to check the air pressure in the motorcycle tires, it will be a cold ride in to work tomorrow!

thanks, I'm pretty happy with the way she looks so far. I bet those 317 heads will make some good cores. I ran a few cans of Sea Foam through the gas tank before the tear-down so hopefully the combustion chambers look decent as well.

Did you seafoam the top end before taking it apart? That is crazy how clean it is. Did you wipe it down before that pic or what?

I wiped down the sealing surface a bit so the tape thats on it now would stick, but thats about it.
