Wow does that suck. I like to stay no bigger than the factory made them. 160 was the plow prep option alternator for that year. That's enough for me.

Finished the lower H/E mounts, basically the same as the no longer available JG lower mounts. Used some high quality 6061 aluminum; that **** is strong, wow, had no idea it would be that tough to bend. I'm not 100% satisfied with them as I couldn't get exactly the same radius, close, but not perfect, they will however mount flush and even. If only I had the proper tools



these will do for now, going to cut 2 more pieces and have a shop bend them proper!
