hm well nothing i can do about that now and im pretty sure its a tuning issue.
but i just let it idle for 15 minutes and it overheated. the upper radiator hose is cold so i dont think the tstat is opening. that sucks. i hope its just that when sitting still and idling the fan isnt moving enough air. any suggestions?

had to burp the system and run it and stop it and add water and run the heater blah blah finally got all the coolant in and its running great!
hooked up the boost gauge and hit 5 psi just tapping on the throttle so i know thats working!
but i have tried absolutely everything with the pioneer but it will not turn on. i hit the reset, directly hooked it to the batts, every thing i could imagine its just dead so we will see

yeah that pioneer got thrown by a ups guy most likely
but anyway this morning i went to slowhawk and he switched the tune to the 4l60 and i got home and plugged it in just as the hood arrived.
so then i got it going and got the trans fluid level right, was a touch low. but its basically INSANE loud and pretty damn fast. once the tunes worked out it will drive a lot better im sure.
every time i hit the gas it leaves a 10 foot strip, even if im going pretty easy on it.
every time i hit the gas babies wake up a mile away.
the hood needs some spacers on the hinges because the blower is still touching it - gross.
the euro lights started working correctly (shrug)
but HOLY **** IT WAS ALL WORTH IT
needs lots more work but
DAMN
definitely not your grampas z71
