Keep the pre cat 02s in the manifolds and delete the other two in the tune.

I don't see 5" being a problem at all if you don't have a crossover coming from underneath. Furthermore, if you have the $$ oval pipe would make figment much easier. Full 5" will fit on 2wd if you get a little creative, not sure on 4wd.

I don't use any o2 sensors on my setup even the fronts are screwed into the exhaust.

ok so i just ordered the goodies... this is what i got...
-s480 with billet 11 blade wheel and racecover (biggest meanest s480 you can get he said lol)
-e-boost controller
-50mm jgs wastegate

once i get everything in ill order the pipes and get this thing on its way!!!! im very excited but a lil scared at the same time hahaa

think it was 1499 or 1599 .. lol i cant remember he gave me a package deal for all 3 things thou ,ill let you know when i get the invoice cause that can be totally inaccurate .

I kept my O2 sensors and i run semi-open loop with efi live COS #3 OS. I think it is more responsive out of boost. That is just my opinion.

Where did you put your o2s? Can I just put all my o2 sensors in the down pipe and be done?

One is after the passenger side manifold and the other one is in the log right before the turbo.

Did you just cut and splice them to get the longer wire or is somebody selling a longer wire sensor? And being on the manifold like that is ok they don't burn up? Sorry for all of the questions this is all foreign to me , I feel like a newb all over again.
