Question OK need some advice here

OK i have a 90 model Silverado. I can take care of the interior and the exterior i just need some ideas for my engine. I just got the truck from my grandfather and all I know its a 350 5.7 i think but I could be wrong! (lol) So if you have any ideas that would add a little Horse Power to my truck PLEASE let me know

How many miles on the truck.. One thing is to toss the stock heads and intake, go for a set of vortec heads...

umm like idk dude i will check tonight so go vortec heads and a new intake any ideas on the intake ?

Make sure you call and talk to ever you buy the heads from to be sure they are what you want.. You will pick up decent hp just by doing the heads and intake mani.. But you do relize that your tranny and rear will not like you after the added hp.. You could always do a set of headers.. It isn't going to be cheap to go fast

o I know its not cheap lol well "chevy all the way" who is on here is my best friend and me and him can take a look at the tranny it would be no problem. What do u think about coldairs?

Take your pic they all do the same..No one is that much better then one. It is a pref thing if you want a open or in box element.
