I got a 1/2npt to 3/8npt bushing last night and got my charge pipe done today. Got the IAT and race port BOV installed in it and then painted. I bolted up my log and......it doesn't fit. WTF
The second bolt hole from the back is misaligned. I can get 5 out of the 6 manifold bolts in just fine but that hole is off just enough...
So I'll have to pull the log back out and drill the hole over some.

Anyways, I set the turbo on the log so I could get an idea of what it will look like. Here are some pics

Back in Vegas to get this project going again. I just swapped oil pans and got my AN oil lines routed to the turbo. No its time to focus on getting the log drilled to fit.. Here is a better pic of how far the hole is off.

I need to figure out how to hold the oil line back away from the manifold. There just isn't anything around that area to mount the line against unless I try and tie it to the bellhousing ear. But it looks stupid routed all the way back there. Hopefully I will have some more progress pics today. I have a few more hours to work on it

The feed. Sorry, there was supposed to be a pic. Just added it
So I got the log on and after fighting it for an hour or so. Finally remembered that I still had a drill press in the shop I could use. So the log and crossover are mounted. I tried to get the downpipe in position but couldn't figure out how to make it fit. It is a tight squeeze between the crossover and frame rail. I also rerouted the heater hose, new oil and filter, plug wires, ect.

almost there! what's left? cold side? injectors?
when you get your DP in check the fit on the fire wall, mine seems to be hitting like half way down where there's a pinch weld. it's not hurting anything just annoying because you can here it in the cab and the passenger can feel in through the floorboard
when I do gaskets and studs this winter I'll take care of it, few hits with the ballpeen should do the trick
