umm ok hah.

Just from the crap I see and read on tech it seems to be old news, but they have a crossover on all the set-ups I would use to challenge. Since this is mounted right to the primaries, I suppose it may make it more important.

Back from the dead..... I have been moving to a new house this past month so it has been a while sense I got and "Charger time". I did manage to find time to weld up one header. It is not totally done but I'll finish it up when I weld the waste gate and the seven sensor fittings........

You can see my "poor man's TIG" in the background of the first shot. That is what I'll be using for most of the joints......





I also spent some time cleaning the old turbos up... BTW, I know the paint wont last very long at all, but the stuff is some of the best exhaust paint I have found. It is John Deere "Muffler black" if you care...





That's all for now, I did order a few EGT probes to aid in the placement planing ahead.

i use that john deere paint for my calipers.... good job, i love does cars!!

Dude I have the exact same TIG! I actually contemplated buying a tig this summer till I priced them. Sheeeet.

Yea they are not cheap. I hope by the time I'm done with the headers I might actually be able to weld with the torch lol...

So ure just using an oxygen and acetelene torch??!?!?!? Build is sick man!! How much u got tied up in materials with the two headers?

Really doesnt look bad, especially after paint. the old man used to make us use coat hangers for filler wire lol.

Yes, and wire feed to tack and flange to pipe joints. a couple hundred in pre-bent pipe and a **** ton of hours labor.
