A little update, I got the crank sensor housing done, I just need to pot the sensor. I also have been working on the acessory drive belt. I drew a line for the adjustable idler, but when I was milling I was thinking the line was just a reference, but now that it is done I realized it I actually wanted to follow the line.... Damn it...

I also started the idler spacers, The rear sections are done, but the fronts still need to be cut to size.

WOW!!!!! That is really impressive Dusty!! That is some serious desing, machinging and tooling for some coil pack brackets...LOVE IT!!
Where will you be mounting these? Valve cover, fire wall, off the intake? How are your cad drawing skills? Or are you using something else and if so what are you using to draw up and design these contraptions that your making?

Thanks. I have an old Jet-16 drill/mill with some super cheap ebay digital readout. I also have a small Logan lathe.

Thanks, guys... I've been busy with other projects lately. I made a few upgrades to my mill and lathe. I also built another trigger wheel mount for a friend of mine with a GEN1 Charger that is going to be fuel injected.....
Here is a picture of the trigger wheel.

I've have worked a little on mine. I fabricated the air to water supports, lower radiator tube, and I finished my disc brake caliper mount, now I just need to make another..

The disc brakes I'm using is off a 2009 Mustang GT so the bolt pattern is the same. I then use my hydraulic press to remove the drums from the factory hubs. I had to turn a very small amount off of the hub to fit properly in the rotor disc. Then I just need to mount the caliper with a plate, anyway I figured for a 100 bucks it's a pretty good front brake set-up....
