What transmission are yall goin with? Id have to guess Powerglide or TH400?

so how did it run on the initial startup? evidently no serious issues?

well... that is kind of a funny story. we got the primary fuel system done, oil lines done, cooling system done. coils and plug wires done. the rest of the ignition and computer is not done.

to get it started we just pluged in an msd set up and provided power to the injectors. then by hand grounded the other side of the injectors. we were able to modulate the injector fireing just fine by hand to get it fired up and idleing.

i got a pair of 3.5" stainless bullets on the way. going to weld those in along with a wideband bung so we can see where the a/f ratio is. i think in about 2 weeks we will actualy have it running for real. with the computer and all.
