Gave up on pulling the powertrain in my small garage, brought it to a buddies home shop and had it out in a day thanks to his help!
Trans will go to another buddy for a rebuild, engine will go on the stand for turbo related mods.

There is a rubber grommet to the right of the booster when looking from the engine bay

Shoulda just sent it to Transbuilderguy. Also the tune is just as important as the parts.

Well being that it was meant to be uncomplicated budget build,i was trying to avoid the 80e swap. Also seeing that the goal was just rolling on fun and maybe a half mile event i thought i could get away with the 65e...but it snowballed from a good rebuild into the hardened input/drum,hardened output, new ratio first gear set, billet cover converter and all the other stuff!Though i am curious to see if it can be done.
