Well all done, i skipped the cam swap cause honestly i did not feel like messing with it, so i just swapped the heads, lifters, trays, injectors, etc.... I may end up doing the cam next oil change, just depends how happy i am with the new heads... I took it for a spin and i just did a quick adjustment to the tune for the injectors. The tune was WAY off, my AFT at WOT was 10.8-11.0, i have no idea what the timing was doing plus it was 105* outside, but it still felt good! I might retune it tonight or tomorrow morning when it is cooler..

well i am about to go retune it since it cooled off slightly, if i am not happy afterwards, i may swap that cam tomorrow

Tooo late buying oil and wooden dowels right now. I took a speedo vid i will post shortly. The truck was running 26.5-27 dehrees of timing
