What such high compression and forward split cam for a turbo motor?

As long as the fuel is there the compression won't hurt. I ran 10:1 on my last 6.0, was strong as hell. Believe joeyc125 does as well. Forward split on the cam isn't helping though..

The split is more or less what I'm wondering about. Maybe the OP will fill me in.

Compression isn't too high for 91 octane and meth, motor can live in the 14-18lbs of boost at that compression. Not ideal obviously but the tune needs to be good.
I never realized how big those damn intakes are...how the hell do they fit in those f-bodies?

Just reread his mod list, I was thinking he was using the 2.5 5.3 heads which would put that lq4 around 11:1.

The cam choice was a quick decision I called Texas Speed and i wanted an off the shelf cam that would work good. John recommend that cam. I know a custom cam would of been better but i needed it asap. This truck is my dd and I need it back on the road quicky..

The turbo is really a cheap ebay im not even sure the brand i was really considering swaping to the on3 76mm one. Its cheap and from what I read its a good unit. Anyone have one?
