Doesn't sound like you have too much vibration but you can loosen the bolt connecting the two halves a little to eliminate some if it was bad enough.

Ya, good call. I read that in AFP install instructions. Got them snug enough I can turn both parts by hand but not loose.
it's not bad at all. As to be expected for these bushings style mounts.

So, I'm well overdue on trans flush and filter.
I've had this pan for about 100k miles now and when I had the first trans flush I asked if they could install this but they told me they tried bit couldn't get it to fit with the crossover pipe off the headers. So this time around I had a game plan to reroute the piping.
I got the crossover out and started cutting down the pipe and the cat out of it while the trans cooled down so I could drop the pan. Once I got the pan off I had them both on my table and noticed there was no height difference where the exhaust passed through! Those bastards probably didn't even try! I get the pan on and now remaking the cross over the same way I just cut it apart.

I look up and notice my front tires are worn on the insides and pretty good. I get out from under the truck good and stressed out and see my back tire is near flat too with a nail in it🤦‍♂️
I swing by the local alignment shop and they gave me quite the quote.

$2k for upper control arms and lower ball joints. So I bought some Cognito uppers and Moog lower joints.

Everything should be in on Wednesday. So I will need to install that night/Thursday so I can get it back to alignment shop Friday amd hope it's good because I'm leaving to California Friday night with a trailer.

From here on I am not going to fix anything because if I never wanted to change my trans fluid I would have never messed with the exhaust and the front tires would not have been worn or ball joints bad and not flat tire! Lol

Parts came in and got it all installed last night and at alignment shop now.

Homie says, everything looks good and just needs to get the toe adjusted.

I was excited for those Cognito uppers and love seeing them on lifted truck. When I got everything done and put the tires back on I was little sad to see them disappear out of sight.

Haha. Tempting but I like getting 20mpg and a lift/bigger tires would kill that.

Progress

Switching from the auto level to manual SMC valves. It does work flawlessly at the moment but I don't like how often the compressors come on.
