Default My 2 week project

This weekend and next weekend i will be installing E fans, LS6 cam, alternator pulley, 373 gears, g80, and i will be finishing up the paint work on my hd hood. Will post pictures as progress is made.

pressed the pinion bearing and side carrier bearings on tonight. all i have to do is the install this weekend. if my stuff doesnt get here tomorrow all i can so is set the gears up this weekend and hopefully finish the hood.

I dont think that I would install a g-80...... Mine just blew 2 weeks ago..... I couls see where it had been wearing for a while but If I were you I would put that on a to replace list later.... keep the mods going

this is a budget build and a dd. im not going to be hot rodding, just looking for a little more power to get around town with, a g80 will be fine for what i am working towards. especially considering i got it and the gears for 150 bucks

That pinion shaft bearing is ready for that coffee can in your garage, you know, the one that is full of parts that you aren't sure if you should throw them away or not.

the pinion bearing is brand new. it still has all of the gunk on it to keep it from rusting.
