I'v got a question for you guys, I am dropping an LSX in my SS Silverado at the end of the summer and was looking into the stage 4 4l80. I noticed your putting one in also, are you going to be able to keep your AWD? Beautiful setup by the way..making me even more eager to start the heart transplant.

 

Yes, I am Keeping the AWD, Got most of the conversion from Chuck at FLT, just a few things I needed to get myself, For just a little bit more you can get the Level 5 4L80, Might be over kill but I got it for the piece of mind, have gone through a couple of tranny's. I don't ever want to worry about my tranny again, I am sure I will be breaking a few other things, I just don't want it to be the tranny.

Thanks, good to know, the AWD is the one thing I can't bare to lose. I don't think the level 5 would be overkill, especially with this block motor.

No, that was on 43 lb'ers. I have 60's now, and are pretty close to maxing those out. So I just installed an Alky kit, now we will hit the dyno again this week with the truck.
