I don’t think you need the 2” headers N/A. If you were running big boost and had to evacuate the exhaust gases faster I’d say do it, but N/A I don’t believe you will see any real world improvement over 1 7/8” headers. Money is better spent elsewhere.

Ok. Where would you put $400? Trans is fully built, suspension is done, and a completely built motor. It’s really the only thing left to do. I guess other than drivelines.
I’m honestly holding out on that right now 😬 I am waiting to do those when I have more money for the next step with the truck. And would rather build those only once. But that would be cool.
Haven’t made any progress. Actually going to take trans out of it now. Been doing research on things and found out that RPMs can also kill a trans. So I’m taking it out and having it gone through and doing strong 3-4 springs to help keep the clutches from touching over 6600 RPMs.
finally got the correct push rods in. I messed up measuring them the first time and had to get new ones made. And got my TB delivered too. Just waiting on manifold now.
