Default Line Lock

If anyone has a line lock on their pickup, could you tell/show me where you mounted the soleniod? Not sure where to put it. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Steve sr.

My solinoid is mounted to the inner fender only 6 or less inches from the master cylender. I don't think I have a any pictures.

I also wired it to my horn so that there aren't any signs if you look in the cab. If you don't open my hood you wouldn't know I have juice of a line lock.

I was thinking about this the other day, iirc some people put them on the rear line backwards so it cuts off the rear brakes but you still have full use of your fronts, also keeps the abs happy.
might want to search on it and get back with us cause im interested and dont feel like doing it right now..

Why would anyone care if you have line-lock? Why hide it?

If you are street racing you don't want to show any signs of what you have. My nitrous switches are hidden under the little cover for the ciggeret lighter, and the window switch is under the pannel bellow the radio. The horn didn't work anyhow so I didn't need to add any switches to the dash and have a nice easy "button" for my line lock.

My truck has abs and my line lock didn't ever throw a light and I have it hooked up correctly/traditionaly.

thats how mine is.... you flip the switch with no pressure on the brakes then you still have complete use of the fronts but no rears so you can do the burnout alot easier. it makes alot more sense to do it this way than the other way to me

Wow, keep showing how much of an *** you are. I wasn't trying to educate you or anyone about street racing, I was explaining something that I wouldn't need to explain to any decent, reasonable person.
