Default JRoyPDX project street rod, but 4x4?

So I just bought this 2017 RCSB Silverado Z71.

I always wanted to do a low short box regular cab, with some hot rod truck style to it as my daily driver. But with the occasional winter weather we have here I insisted on it being able to turn all 4 wheels.

I know some will give grief for doing this to a 4wd truck, but eat a bag of dicks because I don't care what anyone thinks. With that out of the way here it is on day 1.

Immediately I removed the 1.25" lift block from the back to tone down the mega rake, installed weathertech floor liners, mud guards and rain guards. Also got a bed mat and a Range AFM disabler. Also took out the muffler.

Next step is a 3" front and 5" rear drop. I was going to do that today, but my front spindle was wrong so I need to order something else.

The wheels arrived too though so I went ahead and installed those. Also removed the z71 stickers. Emblems are next.

Stay tuned for drop photos.

I lowered my crew cab 4x4 truck a few inches, pretty much the first thing I did because they sit too high and I don't go on mud trails.

Let them hate. Haters are just fans in disguise. I'd love to have a new rcsb 4x4 with a procharger for a daily.

That's a sick lookin truck as is.
Those wheels set it off. Once its dropped, its going to look perfect.

Great start, lookin forward to your updates.

I wish! These are 20x10 Lenso

Experiencing some 70mph tire vibrations. Kinda sucks, but gonna add some hubcentric rings and see if it helps.
