Also, for anyone that knows a bit about ac stuff. I have a small kink in my ac line that you can see in that last picture. Not too bad. Will that cause any issues?
that kink may cause a restriction that can affect the freon flow but if its cooling fine shouldnt be an issue.

Awesome and very thorough thread.

I really enjoyed the pics and the explanations.

Great job, great looking truck.

It makes it even that much better to know it was your dad's.

Everything is pretty much finished, fuel system was finished yesterday. Didn't get any pictures minus the sump

I couldn't use my 044 bracket I made, unfortunately had no where to mount it. I just used the ebay mount.

-8 from the tank to inlet on pump, -6 up to the tee into the factory hard line.

That's how its going to stay. I really want to wire tuck, but I don't have the time and patience for it

I powder coated and added amazon catch can that matches the turbo and coolant overflow. -10 from oil cap to top port, bottom to drivers cover.

Now I'm just waiting on a new battery tray. Although the more I look at that ac line, I really want to make a new one.

Kinda forgot to update this

Truck is somewhat finished. Still needs some work, but its presentable atleast. Truck made a touch under 400 rwhp on the dyno.. Thats with shitty fuel, a very very very safe tune and about 5lbs since I'm still on the 4l60e. At the time I wasn't ready to go full bore yet since I needed the truck and the trans to hold a little longer.

Here are some finished pics and how the truck sits now. Currently finishing the 80e and hope to have that in early next year.

Also blew a trans cooler line and puked all the fluid out onto the highway. Swapped lines and refilled and the 4l60e still isn't cooked. Is definitely hurt from before, because I admittedly have been running it hard
