Default I'm the first on my block

To get one of these:

The reason that I posted in "Projects" is because I think that it is going to be quite a project to get it to fit and work. I'll be making a new inlet housing for the compressor.
All because SincalT/A said that my stock throttle is too restrictive.

best of luck man!!

arent the whipple housing cast? make sure you port match the flange all the way to the compressor housing, if not youre really gonna have some restriction.. if not mistaken the back of that throttle body is 4" or 4 1/2"

Also, are you going to port the air intake opening (TB inlet) of your blower housing to match your new TB? FWIW, IMHO, I don't think the gains will be too much without port matching the housing to the TB.
Spectre makes some nice universal parts to create your own intake system. Good luck.

Edit: LOL! Skeet & I posted at the exact same time.

and I think my air inlet should be adequate, I'll just need a new rubber 90° elbow that is 4-1/4" x 4", instead of the 4" one I have now.
