Good idea out the hood. Still will look sleeper, except the sound, compared to through the fender.

Post a video of it idling when you are done. I want to hear if it is very loud.

So, how much is weight saving by removing exhaust pipe and muffler?

Yea a hood takes commitment. I really like fr8trains car with it coming out of the hood. I wish I didn't have a street truck or i would be outside doing it right now.

Cutting that fender sucks because its several layers of metal at kind of an odd angle. I actually used a 6" hole saw so the pipe has room to move when the engine torques over.

Exhaust was about 70lbs according to my beat up garage bathroom scale.
