I broke'did my toy... Kenne Bell/370 rebuild

Yea, they are still high but actually about 30* better than they were previously. That could be from the different h/c characteristics, less manifold pressure or the fitting modification I made at the intercooler for better flow. I have some other cooling mods/upgrades to do to the a/w system but wanted to get some good data with the new setup so I could have a more apples to apples comparison.

I presume so. It is running when can check it at idle so unless it is cutting out under thermal load, I don't see why it wouldn't run all the time. The temps recover pretty quickly after a run and hover about 50* over ambient.
By my calculations, SCR=9.480 DCR=7.438.

My IAT's have always been high. There is lots of discussion on here and other boards about twin screws having higher IAT's due to constantly compressing the air and recirculating it out of boost and also about the KB's temp sensor location in the lower manifold between 1-3 intake ports causing false readings. Some of my high out of boost IAT could be contributed to my intake/filter as it is not completely sealed off from the engine bay. Without substantial and accurate data, I have nowhere to pin point a cause. I have a plan to add a few temp and pressure sensors in the system to measure with the E/I of my HPT cable. Once I have that data, I will have a better understanding of what is happening and what I need to do increase the efficiency of the system. Without that, I am just making assumptions and changing out parts.
BTW.. those of you with TVS', what IC pump are you using? Flow rate? I am still using the KB supplied Johnson CM30 which specs 5.9gpm @ 2.17psi head. I have no idea what my head pressure is but I presume it is more than 2psi.

I can tell you when I ran my whipple, it would burn the skin off of your hand. I upgraded to this intercooler before I sold the car, I never got a re-tune on the car to see how much it changed, but you could sit your hand on the blower and it was hot, but nothing like before.
