Yeah she's ready to go besides injectors. I spent a lot of the weekend being **** about the wiring, and fighting with the stock harness to try and move it.

Also have been going back and forth about where to signal my water pump turn on from...

Spacers are super easy...most injectors are 48mm or 60mm, so if you have a 60mm rail height and 48mm injectors then the 1/2" spacers work perfect. I put my intercooler pump on a switch, but from a key-on fuse is a good spot.

You need to change the orientation of your pump. Centrifugal pumps need the outlet to point up or to the side with the outlet on top to prevent air entrapment. Another option is to turn it on end with the inlet up then the outlet direction doesn't matter.

As for pump turn on signal, mine is triggered from the fuel pump relay.

damn.. i didnt even think about that with the water pump... the picture makes it look like the outlet is parallel to the sheet metal, but in reality it prolly points up at about a 22* angle. is that good enough??

I had thought about using the fuel pump to signal pump turn on, but that means it would only pump when the engine is running.

What ive done is look for a fuse in the fuse box that is key hot and not super important in case the fuse blows and just back probe the fused side. You can get those piggy back things or I just use a small enough wire and stuff it in there with the fuse. Is it a little hackish, yeah but no one will see it...
