WOW 13 is pretty freaking high, good luck running any kinda timing on pump gas... Not to mention you will probably have to run TR7s or something like that depending on the DCR of the cam...

Time to double up on head gaskets if comp is in the 13 range.

I will be on race fuel, most if not all of the time. The truck will only be driven occationaly on the weekends and at the track. So race fuel isn't going to be a problem.

P.S. Are you serious on stacking head gaskets? Doesn't seem like a good idea. I won't regarless because I am not afraid of the compression.

if it was 13.1 with l92's and your 317's are 2cc smaller , it will be higher than 13.1 compression

Just wanted to clarify that my rails didnt fit the intake right out of the box; they were meant for a car intake. I used injector spacers and plastic mount spacers to make the rails fit where they should. As far as I know, no one makes direct fit aftermarket rails for the truck intakes.

Why is it such a big deal to run 13:1 compression? You need to run race gas around 12 anyways so you might as well go with as much compression as possible...thats just my opinion.

My 317s are 2cc bigger chamber not smaller. Thus loosing a small amount of compression.

If you are asking me why 13:1 is a big deal, it isn't. I will possibly try a 93 octane tune but I highly doubt it. Like I said with such minimal driving race fuel won't cost me too much extra.

Thanks Attomic I am pretty sure I will be able to re-drill my stock rails and they will work fine. I am going to need to use spaces on the mounting locations and longer bolts but I shoud be ok.

L92s have 70cc combustion chamber, 317s are 72cc iirc.

L92s are 69cc I belive. Mine are 71cc I think. Regardless 2 cc doesn't make a big differance.
