I'm guessing that's his "crawling" mpg. Even though it's not a rock truck ahaha

My guess is highway mpg is closer to 10. But just speculating

Nope. That's highway. I fill up, drive 50 miles to the rock park and I'm at half a tank, fill up, crawl until about half a tank, fill up, drive 50 miles home and I've got half a tank. Crawling mileage isn't measurable haha. But a 5000lb brick on 37's with a 3psd trans and a carb on a worn out 350 isn't going to be a mileage car.

4mpg is only justifiable for "toys" and maybe off road recovery scenarios. For a street driven anything you should be making 700hp+ using a big block or whatever engine naturally aspirated to get that type of mpg lol.

I can't tell you how excited I am to go to a new engine with fuel injection and a 26gal tank and an OD trans.

I agree that single-digit MPG in something that's purely a toy isn't awful but I hope to DD this thing so a of minimum 12 would be nice.

Does anyone know if SCOL or anybody would take my TVS1900 in as credit towards a 2300? I'm not looking to make more than 500-600hp but I know I'll be spinning this 1900 pretty hard and hot on this 6.1L.
