Default Cyber Metalic Gray new paint, 03+ Front Upgrade...

Long story short. I (my truck) got hit by a wealthy lady parked in front of my house. She was trying to parellel park , GOING THE WRONG WAY. She agreed to cover the difference for a repaint. Well 6 months later I got it back (Looong Story!) Incomplete, Dirty, But For $1000 on top of Insurance, I think I did OK..but have a ways to go to my liking..This thread will be here for ALL my future mods (Z06 brakes,Front Suspension,New Cam.etc) And will be my first "build thead" , I am sure there are Alot of us out there not posting our builds..And I really enjoy reading them..Update more Later..

Nice!!! Did they do the jambs too???

I hope it doesn't take 6 months to get mine back... I am dealing with the same exact thing. Lady came around the corner and Side swiped my truck. Only mine was un-insured so the Insurance is paying for part of it.

I went and saw it yesterday and I think I am going to make them repaint the the bed sides... I paid more but I also have an extended cab, a new HD hood, and decided to have the front Windshield replaced.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys , yes the door jambs were painted basically the whole truck was taken apart ...weather stripping, glass and painted the right way . I have a few more items I may put on (vortex max badges, nnbs GMC emblem, rst or iss wing) but I am still deciding.

As far as how much it cost me in the work I got done I kind of slipped through the cracks. The old owner was selling the company as I was coming in and it just worked out.

Yes,re-worked the hood and a few other areas I didn't like.it could have used 20 more hours of bodywork but I am happy with it

Even if you feel it could have been better, it's still looks like a nice over all turn out.

In my case, I am not impressed. I can let the little things slide on my DD, but I feel the bedsides look terrible.
