I realize that, if anything I'd do tubular front instead of the back. You'd have to add weight to the back anyways to get remotely close to a reasonable rear percent with a front heavy truck. Jmo tho

Yup. What George said. I'm gona back half it. I figure after all this work I'd hate to only be an inch or two short from putting a big tire on it. And I think in the long run it'll almost be easier to have a completely blank canvas for the 4link and all than working off the factory stuff

And I have some plans for the front end as well, along the lines of what Travis has done plus maybe a little more cutting

I just have to figure out how to do it all!! Any good chassis guys wana come help me out?!? Haha

Eventually I'm wanting to cut the front frame rails off right in front of the upper control arms along with the huge crossmember and rebuild it all back with chromoly.
