Good choice, I am at a crossroads with the BS3 myself. I have talked to some sponsers about the dominator and think I am going to make the change myself. Did you go with the Holley DIS coils? Looking forward to seeing how it works out for you. Great build by the way.

Yea, got the Holley coils and had a billet reluctor wheel welded on the crankshaft.

The BS3 is a proven setup. I'm not ditching it cause it's a peice of crap. There are a lot more people out there having success with it than the Holley system. I'm trying it cause it's something new, and I've got a guy that can help me out with it if I need it.

I need someone to buy this BS3, I'm tired of looking at it. lol

I agree, the BS3 is a great system but its more a dedicated race system. My buddy got the holley HP EFI last year and I got to mess with it a little, its awesome. User friendly, self tuning. A lot better system for your street/strip vehicle with all the options too compete with the BS3, FAST or whatever. Get that sucker ready for the track, I will be back next month to finish mine up and can't wait to go to the track to see some of these other builds in person.

I went by the engine shop yesterday, and I couldn't believe it...he was actually working on it.

Motor was on the stand, doing a dummy up to check for push rod length. Shouldn't be long now.

Well, the guy who did the heads is very slow. I think he had them for almost a year. Then, the guy doing the motor races alot and also works very slow. Thing is though, he won't start on one without all the pieces, and once he does, thats what he does. Not just a little here, a little there. He is working on it, I saw it with my own eyes so that is good.
