Finished up drilling the lower manifold for all the stupid fittings. Man i have feared this whole ordeal. I kept thinking to myself that i would screw up and have to buy a new manifold.

But

i can gladly report no parts, tools or little BlackGMCs were injured/damaged during the drilling and tapping

Now that i am done i am going to clear the lower intake to try and keep it clean looking. That bare aluminum gets sooo nasty looking quick.

So on the front, ports for the FPR, BOV and Catchcan

On the rear, ports fir the wastegate and brake booster. Also i attached the ZR1 3bar MAP sensor.

Looks good bud. I always go too far down on the tap and it pissed me off every time.

I have one now just trying to clean up some of the hoses. Under my hood looks like a hospital patient on life support. Freaking hoses everywhere and those braided lines stick out even worse. Now all the lines are super short with less areas they could leak.

Yeah i have made that mistake a few times. I learned to tap a little clean the threads and screw in the fitting. It takes longer but the risk of going to deep is alot less

Why on earth would you connect your catch can to your intake?
