Back from the chassis shop....

You must have alot of time on your hands to dig up a thread that was posted a few weeks ago .... Although the post that you brought up was from some work that the Chassis did but fucsed on the roll bar install. The chassis shop did alot of other work and this post captured the finished products from fuel cell and nitrous mounts, the filter mount, to the custom brackets and work under the hood.... Its obvious that my ideas aren't the same as many but they are 1 off and tried to step ” out of the box” rather than follow everyone elses ideas....

I would put a hinged mount on the filter so that it could be raised out of sight.
Then again, I am like stealthy vehicles that don't really advertise.

If he were stopped and a car hit him at 35+ then maybe. Or if his truck was lifted and the car could go right under, but that truck doesnt sit that high.

In this case he is actually right. I had a girl in a little ****-box car rear-end me when I was stopped in my company truck 08 F150, she went up far enough that my bumper was sitting on top of her fan shroud. The speed limit on that street was only 30 and she had hit the brakes a good ways before she hit me so she couldnt have been going that fast. Didnt do **** to my truck but taco'ed her hood and front clip. If I had a filter on my truck like his it wouldve been hit for sure.
