I'll give you a simple run-down of what I think on the ones below. Here's my opinion:

KB 72mm front mount kit. (KB, yes. Probably do a 76mm instead if it were me.)
peformabuilt lvl 2 60e (Performabuilt, NO. 60E, NO. You'd be better off with a junkyard 80E and a shift kit. There's nothing wrong with that 80E combo.)
3000 Revmaxx stall converter (Circle-D, FTI, or Yank...Revmaxx? No.)
stock G80 with 3.42s (Valu-Trac or Tru-Trac. I hated, hated, hated my G80.)
isky triple 12 cam (Pretty good cam choice.)
ls7 lifters, pushrods, valvesprings. (Those are cool for the budget and will most likely be fine, but check out some different options before fully committing on those.)
walboro in-tank pump. (255 is a nice option. Check out Aeromotive 340 also.)
arp head studs (Not much to go wrong with head bolts/studs, except lack in quality. ARP is always good. I've got some also.)

Get some traction, lt's/e-fan's and the run-around bolt-on's if you want, a good tune, and make sure it's all done right. IMO, that's a simple bet on a good setup.

Truth on the 80e. Mine was a junkyard tranny. Added a shiftkit, yank 3200, been beating the hell out of it for almost two years now with no signs of slipping. The 255 will probally take you to around 500whp. They say the 340 isnt a good choice unless your return style. With the cam, take my advice, make a wise discission and do it once. ls7 lifters, good. Go with a hardend pushrod and good dual spring and be done. Arps if you plan on running 15+ I say. Im at 13 with stock bolts but I will be changing them for insurence. As far as the turbo, the 76 spools pretty quick on my 5.3, but the 72 would come in faster.. Theres my rant..

If there's any chance at all that you might try running E85, get some 80lb/hr injectors.

Go 80E!

While you're in the rearend, throw in at least some 3.73's.

Thank for all the info guys! The 80e is sinking I'n! As for fuel pump goes, will the walboro 255 support my set-up if I'm looking to get 500-600 hp??

Your kinda approaching the limit for the Walbro 255 at that power level. Easy enough to get the Aeromotive 340 in stead, + Aeromotive is outta KC too
