Default 6.0 Turbo build

So I figured I may aswell make a build thread about my truck. We have this senior project thing at my voc tech school, junior year we write a research paper, I did the ls engines, senior year we have to make a "product." So thats gonna be my truck

So heres my list of the major stuff
KB Racing Turbo kit with everything but cold side
76 mm turbo
Walbro 400
80 lb injectors
Isky triple 12 cam and 165a valve springs via stock48
Universal I/C tubing from CX racing
31x21x3 CX Racing intercooler
Gonna have a HD 2 shift kit put in

One of the head's exhaust manifold bolt hoes was beyond repair I snagged a junkyard head for $75, ended up sending both heads to a machine shop to get resurfaced and valve jobs

Parts got tied up at the dealer so I started ripping apart the front of the truck to mount the intercooler, which is going behind the grill so everything has to to pushed back.

Ive had this week at school and a half day tomorrow to work on the truck there, I got the cam in yest and the front tore apart and the heads on today. Tomorrow I hopefully will get it running enough to drive it on a trailer and bring it home to work on it over the weekend and friday then I have all next week with a half day on friday in school to work on it and Im hoping to to get most of it done. Then off to the trans shop then to slowhawk to get tuned is the plan. Yes i know the shift kit shouldve been put in before but I changed my mind at the last minute to get it after reading a stock 4l80e will take like 450 and im shooting for 500. So yeah...

Just make sure you get the oring in there properly or you will be pulling everything off again because you dont have oil pressure.

How is this making a "product"? Not bagging on you, just wondering. Cool project.

Well we have to do this presentation infront of a bunch of people about our project and its just called the "product" i guess

I did, I never really had seen in all my research about aftermarket ones, although that wouldve made sense when I look back... The other issue was that I was short on time b/c I didnt plan on pulling the heads off this thing, a week before I tore into the truck I found out the old head was beyond repair
