got the bed bolted back on and truck is finally back on all fours, I got some final measurements of the drop, but then I remembered the front is sitting on the bump stops, so it may come down just a little bit more. I will take care of that tomorrow and get the brakes bled

Truck looks perfect, id just get some small button bumpstops for the front and back, thats what i had on my 4" rear drop and it kept it from bottoming out during normal driving unless i hit a big dip. But yeah you wont ever be able to haul or tow anything heavy without hitting unless you c-notch it.. just the way it goes :-/
Did you do the leaf spring bushings?

For the front I will trim down the stock stops and make those work. The rear I will do the c-notch for sure. I didn't realize how close is was going to be to the frame. I didn't do the leaf bushings. Once I get my own press I will, I diid not want to wait 2-3 more days on getting this thing done.

Next week I will drop off the 80e to get rebuilt and then install that soon after. the flex plate and torque converter are waiting patiently in the box

I need to order a few things: dip stick, the tube and send my tune to HP tuners so they can do the segment swap

Maybe I can get a few runs at the track this season. especially if this weather keeps up!

got the final measurements today

the front left to right is .5'' off,, i can deal with that

the left rear is 1'' lower than the right rear. should be an easy fix with putting the leafs one notch down on the shackles.

my pinion angle does need some work, ill have to pick up an angle finder so i can fix that. I am getting some vibration under hard acceleration.

cruising speed is fine tho.
