I think I'm using a 1/2NPT stainless elbow with 3/4" barb and just running a 3/4" hose off the reservoir and putting a Plastic Y in that hose. Running one to the water pump and the other to the heater core. I picked up some hoses that I should be able to use.

I'm thinking to of skipping Pete and the exhaust and buying a Magnaflow 4" stainless single pipe diesel kit. Trying to make that work and added a 4" cutout.
He told me what he charges for the welds, bends, and labor.....

I did my 4" exhaust myself with a $100 welder... All 4" and no leaks!

Mandrel bends on ebay, couple feet of 4", cheap welder, chop saw, and a grinder...little elbow grease, and you're done.

I keep over complicating it every time I think of how I want to do my exhaust. Single, dual, cutouts, size lol...

I like how you guys think. I have a buddy that was a welder in the Navy for 5 years and now does it for a living in the oil industry. He keeps offering if I ever need anything welded to come over to his place. Think I will just buy some bends and straight 4", pick a muffler and make it happen. Nothing a day in the garage and a 12 pack couldn't get done

I should have the intake on Thursday. Also bought a 4" Magnaflow diesel exhaust kit that I'm going to try and make work. Think I've got everything and should now be able to finish it.
