Well worked on the bumper for 2 hours tonight and got the brackets tacked together and got the bumper started. Now just gotta flare the stock bumper and make some more support brackets to go to the corners. The new brackets bring the bumper closer to the lights/grille and bring it in closer to the truck...

Sorry for the crappy cellphone pics

the red dash and stickers on the sides dont fit the rest of the truck at all. it looks like you were going to build a street truck at first then changed your mind after you started and started going the pre-runner route without undoing anything.

i think a bull bar or some sort of brush gaurd would look better than an ss bumper on the truck but hey, its your truck not mine

I've seen lifted trucks with an SS bumper. Looks pretty good IMO.

I dont know if you noticed, but the lift is red...so the dash and the stickers match it...the ss bumper is going to be flared to match the fiberglass fenders. This is something i've personally never seen before and i think its gunna look awesome

But have you ever seen a SS bumper on a "prerunner" truck?

I think that sounds like a good idea, it will give it the aggressive off road look while still having clean lines to match with the body
