How is the balance on yours with the 275 up front? Does it want to push the front end if you try to take a corner too hard?
It pushes a little, but I honestly haven’t tried to push the cornering limits on the street.

Previously I was running a 295/40/20 on 20x10.5 front and rear. I had to weld in a small steering stop to keep the wheel from rubbing the control arm, so so my turning radius grew just a bit. It’s about 1.5 turns from straight to lock instead of 1.75”. It cleared the fender fine at my ride height though... I didn’t really have much rubbing at all with an 800lb front spring on my coil overs.

A square setup with 20x10.5s and 305/35/20 r888r’s would be bad ***, but the tires pretty damn expensive. 20x11s would probably work too at the expense of your turning radius.

Do you recall the offset of the 20x10.5 that rubbed? Was that with the Strong Arms or stock LCA?

I have to stick with a 200 or greater tread wear tire for class rules. There are lots of good choices in a 305/35/20 though. I do like the 315/35/20 selections as most of them have a higher load rating.

I rebarrelled them when I first got them; they measured 7.25” of backspacing. I was using strong arms. The stock arms may possibly have a little more clearance.

What tires do you run currently?

Interesting, I figured the SA would have more clearance based on this statement...

I'm currently running 295/45/18 Nitto NT05 on 9.5" rims with 6.5" BS.

Not the first time from RideTech. Not trying to bash...but they misinformed a friend of mine involving his wheel size pick on his 69 Camaro using their strong arms/bag/steering/muscle bar set up. He ended up paying twice for a set of custom wheels (Centerline).
RideTech claimed a 18x10 wouldn’t fit up front, so he order a 18x9.5, had them built, installed..so on so forth.
A few months later we threw my 18x10 I just had built for fun by the same wheel manufacturer w/6” of bs after the fact... zero rubbing. I felt bad and he was pissed so I ended up selling him my set and waiting for another to be built. He ran his Camaro LOWWW too. No rubbing.
My project had needed more complete time anyways.
This is taking recommended tire sizes into account as well.

This was 5 years ago so I hope they’ve done more testing to better inform their customers.

That’s a solid set up BigKID. So many options with an 18” wheel..have you tried RE71’s? It’s a “200” wear tire. Lol
