Great build! Like the styling, subtle but bold.

Thanks guys

Zeke2007 I used a paintable bumper. I tried to lightly sandblast the chrome one and paint it, but the chrome was really thin. It lifted and all I did was lightly dust it from about 3 feet away! LOL

Killer truck! I bet she'll be a handfull. I'm anxious to see the dyno numbers (or see a video hint hint) because I have a similar plan for my 2006 rcsb.

Sweet truck, I'm doing an Ls6 swap into my 03 white rcsb(same wheels), and I've got a bunch of questions for you.... If you don't mind.

What kind of headers did you use?
What size are the primary's?
Where did you find that SS grille?

Thank you kind Sir, you may now continue building awesomeness!

The headers fit great....but there is a flaw.....
The O2 bung on the passenger side wasn't positioned right. The headers come with plugs in the bungs so I assume that TSP must know about the issue. You can simply just put your bungs in the exhaust. Or you can be creative like me and remove the heat shield and modify the bottom of the cab ever so slightly for clearance. I did this because I think the closer your O2's are to the merge of the 4 primaries the more accurate they will be.

Oh and the SS grille is new old stock from ebay. I don't know if he still has any left.
